She has a PhD in Multi Stakeholder Decision Making and Negotiation from the London School of Economics. Additionally she has a Psychology Degree and Masters Degree in Social Psychology. She is a Fellow at the Institute of Management (AIM) and is the published author of the book “Know Yourself”.

Facilitating teams and workshops, supporting & coaching change agents, cultural & organisational change, business process re-design, and implementing the ongoing monitoring and review procedures to ensure continued success.

Clients include: KPMG, Telstra, Huawei (China) and Kenexa.

As a contractor within the E&P (Exploration and Production Business Segment) the main deliverable was to streamline the recruitment processes. During the contract I was then asked to join the TAS (Talent Acquisition Solution) programme as Organisation Transition Manager and then later became the Global Operations Manager. This senior management role primarily focused on the set up and implementation of new operational processes and overseeing them until they were "running silently".

Key Achievements / Projects
• Project managed the deployment of the new "light" online talent gateway to over 30 countries.
• Successfully managed the exit and transition of the third party provider, creating a saving of 74%.
• Contract negotiation and vendor management of job board media buying.
• Set up and managed the Operations and Support team of 32 people.
• Worked closely with the SAP team to ensure a fully integrated approach.
• Streamlined working practices globally across finance, tax and HR teams to improve efficiency in the global travel and expenses policy and process

Consultancy focussing on managing change, performance management & improvement, business efficiency & effectiveness, coaching, personal power & effectiveness, team building, management development, human asset management and M&A activity.

As VP and part of the senior management team, my role involved coaching senior and middle management as well as the facilitation of continuous change and improvement initiatives. Responsibilities were across all HR including Global Mergers and Acquisitions and Organisational Development.

• Facilitated the merger of eMerchant Division, from 3 organisations into 1.
• Designed and implemented new global performance management system.

Responsible for strategic change management and resource maximization to meet the business objectives. Working with individuals at all levels of the organisation to facilitate the change from a family run, technology led company into a global, market driven, e-commerce payment solutions business.
