Experience I am known as Australia’s “Mentor to Consultants”, having enthused 110 clients @18Apr16 and 400+ attendees at my courses and workshops, to breakthrough with sustainable and profitable enterprises since 2001, for real business performance improvement.

My clients range from large brand-name management consulting firms (one @ 7000 employees) through boutique consultants (largest @ 175 consultants) to sole practitioners. My work includes; starting-up, repositioning (changing market position), revitalising (re-establishing on a new and improved basis), extending (adding new services and service areas), recovery (rescuing the enterprise) and advisory (advising senior management).

I am recognised as both a problem solver and an opportunity realiser, using a well-developed personal mentor-driven style to successfully operate at all levels.

My enterprise building methods are purposefully designed to rapidly generate revenue, and create value, once the problems and the opportunities under six main ‘headings’ – strategy, marketing, selling, delivery, operations, talent – have been resolved and realised.

I was told in 2005 that consultants “don’t need help” … but I can assure you that they do. My most notable results include; 6% revenue growth, 30% profit improvement and 10% increase in the number of projects completed on time and to budget for a big-4 consulting firm over a 15 month period, and, 100%+ revenue and profit improvement for a boutique consultant over a 30 month period.
